A vibrant staple and stunning pinnacle of the Detroit skyline, the General Motors Renaissance Center towers far above the river boasting 5.5 million square feet of office, hotel and retail space cleverly enveloped within its architectural vibrance.

The W.J. O’Neil Company was tasked with an extensive controls upgrade to make the building more efficient and provide a strong, reliable and integrated systems control network which was nothing short of extraordinary.
